I'm all for keeping this blog going after Frank retires, but posting echoes of standard weather forecasts was never what this blog was about. Frank posted Alerts, Warnings and whatnot, but he always brought to the table something more-commentary on past weather, record setting possibilities, or analysis as to just why the weather is shaping up as it is.
KW: We appreciate readers' patience during this time of transition as we look for a full-time replacement for Frank. In addition to the morning forecasts, we plan to post from other contributors and link to stories we develop off of breaking weather news.
