I haven't used my air conditioning since that nasty heat wave in May. I'm not holding myself up as an example who should be emulated universally. My point is merely that, with some sacrifice (and honest acknowledgement that summer is warm), we do not need to be controlled by that green and white envelope.

Bankstreet, kudos to you. However, I work hard everyday and refuse to be inconvenienced or uncomfortable in my place of abode. My gratitude is extended to the air conditioning inventors.
