Bummer, so early in the tropical cyclone season and already we have the recurve setup with no chance of landfall to bring much needed rain. I'm dissapointed in how complacent our town is about water conversation, they keep saying "the winter snow has left water tables in good shape so we don't need to raise the concern just yet" However, we have a 6 inch deficit since May. If this dry weather continues unabated into the fall, these folks are going to look like fools because water reserves from the winter can only last so long.
